2.Purpose of the Register
Personal data is processed for purposes related to managing, administering, and developing customer relationships, providing and delivering services, as well as development and billing of services. Personal data is also processed for the purposes of investigating any complaints and other claims that may arise. In addition, personal data is processed in customer communication such as information and news purposes, as well as marketing, including direct marketing purposes. The customer has the right to object to direct marketing targeted at them. The controller processes the data themselves and also utilizes subcontractors acting on behalf of the controller in the processing of personal data.
3.Basis for Data Collection and Processing
Customer data is collected and processed with the customer's consent, or to fulfill a contract with the customer.

The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (GDPR Article 6.1.a). 5.Data Retention Period
The data collected in the register is retained only for as long and to the extent necessary in relation to the original or compatible purposes for which the personal data was collected, or for the development of customer service. The need for retaining personal data is assessed approximately once a year, and in any case, the information concerning the registered individual is deleted from the register after the customer relationship between the registered individual and the controller has ended, and the obligations and measures related to the customer relationship have been completed. The controller regularly assesses the necessity of retaining the data according to their internal code of conduct. In addition, the controller takes all possible reasonable measures to ensure that inaccurate, erroneous, or outdated personal data are promptly deleted or corrected in relation to the purposes of processing.
6.Regular Data Sources
Personal data is collected from the registered individual themselves. Personal data is also collected and updated within the limits of applicable legislation from publicly available sources related to the implementation of the customer relationship between the controller and the registered individual. These sources help the controller fulfill their obligations related to maintaining customer relationships. Information is also collected through the Google Analytics analytics tool, within the limits allowed by the authorities maintaining the registers (e.g., ytj.fi).

Data is not routinely disclosed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or European Economic Area.
8.Use of Cookies
